In this unit, you will gain an in-depth understanding on how to successfully manage and measure financial performance in nonprofit organizations. You will learn industry relevant financial tools necessary to sustain both day-to-day operations and build a solid foundation for future growth. You will also explore new thinking on diversified funding strategies. All such tools and strategies are necessary to understand how financials are an important part of the decision making process.
