This unit will frame programs as the core of nonprofit work and, using an evaluative framework, explore how operations, technology, human resources and project management can determine the success (or failure) of individual programs and, ultimately, the entire organization. WE will review best practices in each area and apply different tools for assessing progress and determining next steps.
